At the National Conference held in Kill, Co. Kildare, on Sunday, March 7th Dr. Catherine McNamara, Health Economist, and Dr. John Barton, Consultant, presented the findings of their examination of the research base used by the Hanly Task Force to support their arguments in favour of hospital centralisation.
They also set out a critical analysis of the impact of the Hanly Proposals for the Health Services in this country.
